Hi, I would be interested in opening up a bakery café in Barcelona with a small sitting area, selling non-alcoholic beverages & coffee, as well as homemade pastry (I would be baking cakes myself). Since neither me, nor my boyfriend are familiar with Catalan regulations, we would like to better understand what it takes to set up a business like that, how much it would cost to obtain a license, and how long the process could take.
