I would like to know the licences/permits required and/or the laws/requirements involved in setting up a 5 room bed and breakfast with a tea room business in Spain, specifically Alicante area. I am thinking of buying a large property which I will live in myself and let out the rooms as well as serve afternoon teas, maybe evening meals. I am also thinking of having a mini golf course and possibly a petting zoo. Many thanks
