Looking to open up a food van that I could park up at beaches car parks and on residential estates, do I need separate licenses for that? How do I get relevant permissions? I currently run two pizza places in the UK but I’m looking to sell up and move out to Spain very soon. How much would it cost to set up this business? What licences do I require?
