Hi I have been in discussion via my Lawyer to purchase the lease from an existing business. My lawyer has just confirmed all the checks are done (debt free), extension of lease etc and that the contract can be setup. The business Restaurant/Bar business is currently operational. If I go ahead with the contract, I will need to get the business with staff running ASAP. Can you help with that ?
