Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mousa Refaei i came to Germany 2 years ago as refugee and i have a residence type " 25 Abs. 2 Alt. 2 AufenthG" and now i am living in Lebanon. I have a engineers team living in Lebanon so i am planning to open a outsourcing company in germany provides engineering services . After my research about the companies in germany i found the mini GmbH (UG) is the best for me because the low cost . And i have the following questions : - How much does the mini GmbH (UG) cost and how long its take to be ready ? - I don't have a house right now so can i use friend house as a company address ? - What is the services which your office will provide and How much does it cost ?
