Dear Sir or Madam, I’m planning to establish a company in Latvia. For the first few months I’m not planning to have a significant turnover, however, there may be both incoming payments from my partners from EU and outgoing payments for any services my company would need. In this regard, I would like to know, whether you could provide me with assistance regarding company registration and any legal support that might be necessary along the way. I would like to know what documents from my side do you need for company establishment, as well as the expenses I need to account for in company establishment, i.e. your legal fees, any state fees or duties or associated costs, etc.
