I’m planning to establish a company in Latvia. For the first few months I’m not planning to have a significant turnover, however, there may be both incoming payments from my partners from EU and outgoing payments for any services my company would need. In this regard, I would like to know, whether you could provide me with assistance regarding company registration and any legal support that might be necessary along the way. I would like to know what documents from my side do you need for company establishment, as well as the expenses I need to account for in company establishment, i.e. your legal fees, any state fees or duties or associated costs, etc, and how long will it take to get my company up and running. I’m aware of options to acquire an existing company as a way of expediting process, would you be recommending such an option? Are there any risks of acquiring such company? Also, please let me know whether company registration requires my presence, or it can be done remotely - digitally or via proxy.
