I want to open a constrution and telecom based contract company in Luthaunia. I am from Oman and i have 4 Partners. 2 are Pakistnis and 2 are Omanis. What would be the procedure and should all the partner be present at the time of registration or only one of them can register on their behalf? how long it will take to register company? what is the minimum investment required?
