I have been mailing this as I would like to have some information regarding the process and documents required for opening a branch office or representative office in Poland. As me being Indian passport holder , I have my company registered in Bulgaria which is a small scale company involved in exporting and importing of textiles is the major activity , and would like to open a branch office or representative office of my Bulgarian company in Poland.
