Hi I want to open a company in Poland or Lithuania for two purposes 1)Marketing of overseas textile products into Schengen countries in general and Poland particular. It can be sourcing company which can take orders and place to overseas suppliers for export of products to european customers directly.(Does opening of sole proprietorship company is good option) 2)Importing textile products into Poland or Lithuania from overseas so which type of company to be opened? (SP Z.O.O - UAB?) Please note that i have got valid Schengen visa till January 2018 so please advise complete procedure + cost of company formation+ amount to be deposited in company account Shall appreciate your early reply.
