Hello! I have question - if a Latvian company buys pulpwood from Estonian company in Poland port (FOB Incoterms), Latvian company hires Poland company to load and store the pulpwood, does the Latvian company have to register in any state department in Poland? The Latvian company will have no income, only expenses in Poland. Thank you!
