I am CEO for one company and I am also director to two other companies and work on Technology and Innovation side for enterprise business. I need more information about company formation in Slovakia and pros and cons regarding it. Can you please help with below question. We would like to open an office Slovakia for our SAP R&D business and serve to Western European point of contact from there. 1. How long does it require to complete the procedure to start an office and how much paid up capital is recommended to invest in LLC formation 2. I would like to get short term temporary residence permit for myself,then how much bank balance i should show in my bank account
