I'ml from India I’m looking to form a company in Spain with my partner who is currently in Madrid, working as an intern after finishing her masters from Madrid. She holds a student visa (Indian citizen), and under NIE extension process currently. We will be exporting/sourcing handicrafts and fashion jewelry and accessories items to brands and retailers in Spain . She will be staying in Spain in Madrid to take care of the functioning.
