I live in the USA have a UK and USA passport and run my own business. We have a company in the USA and a separate company is the UK. I would like to set up a new business in Spain. What's the best way? Bear in mind I have UK passport and could open up a branch of UK office in Spain (before Brexit). How would I get my American wife into Spain though who works for the company and is the book keeper? I could make her a shareholder of Spain company if that helps? Look forward to hearing from you.
