Hi, We are looking forward to register a Non profit organization (NPO) in Sweden. It shall include research and development of frameworks and platforms which shall be provided to individuals and companies. To support our R&D expense, we shall start with the membership program and may accept donations from the companies. We would like to know about the registration requirements, permission required, minimum capital requirement, liabilities of the founding members and other related information to start with NPO along with the cost and timelines to complete the process.
