Dear, As we are looking to start a trading business in Europe (either Sweden or Lithuania), we need some clarification on the process and requirements, since non of the partners is a EU citizen. Kindly assist with the following: 1- Will the shareholders/directors of that business obtain a long term residency visa? 2- What are the regulations concerning hiring local staff (minimum number and wages) 3- Which taxation system we will adhere to?
