Hello I am South African and I am married to an EU citizen(Italian). We live in Spain since August 2018. We both have jobs and I have a temporary N.I.E number. My appointment for my permanent N.I.E is in January. My family schengen visa is valid until February but I have already been staying for longer than 90days on it. I want to visit family in the U.K. can I leave Spain on a temporary N.I.E and be allowed back into the country?
