hi. me friend & his son had applied for t rc on the basis of their company. the company has fund of 20000 euro in active bank account in poland. but the decision was negative, on the basis that they entered poland using swiss schengen multiple visa. fof the same file his wife case is still going on for trc ( no decision made). according to my knowledge, this is not fair. they have applied for the appeal. what kind of outcome should they accept?
