hello, i am looking for a business opportunity with resident permit in lithuania. i have recently applied for national D visa to poland on work permit basis but it has been rejected by poland consulate. i am an indian national, 43 years old, currently working in D.R.Congo. I do not want to move immediately to lithuania but i would like to have a small business there to get resident permit and travel around schengen zone. pls advise what is the best way. thanks.
