I have just completed my BBA in International Business and now want to set up a company in Madrid, Spain to sell Ready Made Garments to wholesellers (which shall be manufactured in my Father\'s Factory here in India). Besides set up a business in Madrid; I would like to go for Residency Permit in future also. I have two options: 1. Set up a company in Spain in which I shall be 100% shareholder and only Director; 2. Set up a Subsidiary of my father\'s Indian Company and I will become only Director in that company. Please let me know which shall be better to fulfill my goals and allow me to live and run the company?
