Hello! I have a question. I am a Russian citizen but have a residence permit in Finland that expires on 31st of Dec 2019. I am coming to visit my boyfriend on the 19th of Dec and I would like to stay till the mid January. But legally I need to get a visa for January then. Can I make a visa for Poland being already in Poland and having entered country with valid residence permit for Shengen area? I need visa starting from 1st of January for a month or so. Thank you a lot!
