I am a student in Spain for 10 months and my residence permit is gonna out-dated 27th July 2018. I am accepted to enter an university in France and I want to apply for a french visa from Spain. Is that possible? Secondly, while applying my info in france embassy website, the require the date of issue of residence permit but I can find it since it is not written on the card. What should I do?
