My name is Sanker. I have a private Limited company operating in Sweden. I want to register a subsidiary of this company in India. For this , I want to create the Board Resolution document of the Swedish company, which states the investment of Swedish company in the Indian subsidiary. Also, this Board Resolution document need to be Notary Signed and Apostille attested , so that I can submit these documents to Indian Authorities for Subsidiary Company Incorporation. I also want to file our company Tax returns for 2017 in Sweden.
