My husband is an approved caravan & motorhome engineer and is able to do warranty work. We would like to know if there is a need for this in a 50 km radius of Arens de lido. Also we are buying land with the idea of building a bed and breakfast and a caravan/camping site. We need to know our customer base for the bed and breakfast is there more need for low cost hostel accommodation for walkers/cyclists as we are surrounded by National parks. Would disabled accommodation be valuable? Are there many caravan parks in the area?
