Am already in Denmark and I have applied for family reunification since my wife is in Denmark but have been refused but I have appealed the case. The refused me on the grounds my wife's permanent card is not up to 3 years but she has 2 kids 4yrs and 10yrs. We have married in Denmark with a certificate. Can I get a lawyer to help me and how much will it cost for his services to get the staying permit. Meanwhile I've been sacked from my work in Ghana since I've stayed here for more than 6 months.
