i am arslan living in poland on temperory residence for 3 years and i am non eea national but my brother is swedish national with swedish pasport i have heard that eu national can come latvia and applied for 5 years reaidency and after that on his behalf i, as non eea relative(brother) can apply 5 years residency? Can you handle this type of cases also? Or is it possible ?
