Good afternoon I want to ask about an issue on temporary resident card of Poland I am a student and applied for the trc and was waiting for 9 month and during this time my Visa was expired before 9 month ago and in the office I get the stamp on my passport that I can stay legal here but today I got the decision by letter that the application has returned because of misunderstanding with post office that I didn\'t get such documents stating that I should to pay for it then the letter was returned to immigration office now I want to ask, can i make appeal for second instance if yes how ?and do i have to return to my home country or is it okay that i have stamp on my passport ?
