Hi, I'm from Turkey and currently I'm Erasmus student in Spain. I'll apply for master in Spain with my temporary student card with nie number. If I have a resident card in here I can pay as a Spanish student. But when I ask foreign police they said you don't have resident, it is a student card. I don't understand, maybe I don't know details. Do you have information about my situation? Sincerely
