Hi there, I currently live in London and I've been working in the hospitality industry for several years. I'm interested in opening a cafe in Valencia and I'm trying to gather information about the whole process that needs to be done and the costs that I need to face up to. Is it better to buy a running business (traspaso) with licenses and furniture all included? Can you give me some advice please? Thank you very much.
