Dear Sir/Madam, I am planning to open an UAB in the near future which will work as temporary employment agency. My client will be airline with headquarters in Lithuania and I will as an intermediary provide them 20 pilots which are Columbian citizens. My UAB will act as agency and not employer to that pilots and they will work for my client, but they will not be employees of that airline as well. They will have a contract where is stated that they are not employees and have no rights as an employee towards my UAB. They would like to come to Lithuania and one day apply for permanent residency there Kind regards, Antonio
