Our company develops eLearning and Game Based Learning software which is delivered over the web. We are looking for advise/assistance on setting up a legal European company. Our main goal is to be able to participate as a legal company in many of the EC research projects that we already are participating in as private individuals. We are EU residents but not in Spain, however as we travel to Valencia often, Spain would be an option.
