My husband and I are planning to start a small business in Spain somewhere in Alicante town or Alicante region. We are interested in investing in a restaurant, some kind of fast food, cafe or bar and we would like Guidance with deciding in which direction we should go with it. Which types of small businesses are more likely to succeed in this area. What are the statistics about market possibilities of this type of locals? Is it wiser to locate your business in Alicante City area or in some of the smaller towns like Benidorm?
