I am an Indian Citizen 57 years old. I have been issued a short term business visa of Spain and the visa has been already expired. At present I am staying in Madrid, Spain and having a TIE card ( Residency Card of Spain ) valid for two years. Can I travel to India and re - enter Spain with a valid TIE card ?? Please advice. If not then how can I travel to India for one month and renter Spain?
