I am courious about EU Blue card in Spain. I found an article that an EU Blue card holder can request a long-term residence permit for five-year validity when he/she resides with the Blue card for 21 months and has a B1 language ability. Is it true? Now I am working with two-year work permit and realized that I have the qualification of EU Blue card in terms of salary level and academic records. It would be great if you can give me the advice. Thanks,
