Dear Sir/Madam. In the very near future we would like to establish a master franchise in Spain. We will start existing and operating next spring, but for financial reasons it would be goold to have an established company by the end of 2017. The founders will be 2 private person with Hungarian nationality. We wold not like to sell and buy the shares, so a PLC like company is not necessary for us. Can you give an estimate, a timeframe, and whether is necessary to travel there personally?
